4 medium tomatoes, chopped
2 medium cucumbers, chopped
2 onions, sliced
2 TBSP vinegar
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 TBSP sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp parsley
Mix all ingredients together and chill
